OUR HISTORY
The "Estates" was built in 1909 and is best known as a former college rental to the students of The College of St. Benedict and St. John's University. It served that purpose for more than 40 years. In our remodel, we have combined the old with the new to showcase the history and growth of this home.

The Estates Bed & Breakfast is located on the east end of the St. Joseph business district. It is within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, a deli, shopping, a brew pub, churches, schools, and more. At The Estates, everything you might need is right at your fingertips.
